1. Fresh Produce Returns:

- Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on fresh produce. However, if you receive damaged or spoiled items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the product, and we will be happy to provide a replacement or refund.

2. Non-Perishable Items:

- Non-perishable items can be returned within 15 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include the receipt or proof of purchase. You MUST have an RMA number before returning any items. Please contact Brandi @ bburke@betterfreshfarms.com to obtain this number.

3. Refund Process:

- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied in the form of store credit within 3-5 business days.

4. Exchanges:

- If you need to exchange a non-perishable item for the same item, please contact us. We will guide you through the process.

5. Shipping Costs:

- Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning non-perishable items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
